Skilled Worker Minimum Earnings Threshold to Increase

The Government has announced that on the 14th March 2024, it intends to lay Immigration Rules before Parliament to increase the earnings threshold for those arriving in the UK on the Skilled Worker Route (SW) with the minimum earning threshold to rise as from £26,200.00 to £38,700.00.

These changes will come into force on the 4th April 2024.

Please note that certain occupations are exempted from this specific threshold.
