Coming to see us:
Our office is open from 9:15am to 5:15pm from Monday to Friday. If you are a new client, no appointment is necessary. If you are an existing client, please make an appointment so that you can see the solicitor who is handling your case and he/she can have your files ready. We have ground floor meeting rooms. Please note that an appointment is not always necessary.
Your appointment:
We are happy to make appointments outside our normal office hours. When you contact us, just tell us what time suits you best.
Our fees:
We will explain how we calculate our fees and what the total cost is likely to be. If you have any questions, please ask. We will also tell you if your case is suitable for a no win/no fee arrangement.

In addition to English, members of staff are fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Cantonese and Bengali.
