Nilufar qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and was formerly a partner at a High Street firm.

She has specialised in immigration law since 1999 and headed a number of well regarded immigration departments. She has previously achieved Level 2 Senior Caseworker status within the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

Nilufar is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and has substantive experience of and remains abreast of all aspects of the ever changing Immigration Rules and policies.

She also sits as a Justice of the Peace.
